沙丁胺醇联合普米克令舒治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效

目的探讨普米克令舒与沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入在治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择130例支气管哮喘急性发作患儿，随机平均分为两组，对照组（65例）给予一般常规治疗，研究组（65例）在常规治疗的基础上加用普米克令舒与沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入，对比两组治疗的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为96．9％，高于对照组的78．5％，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7．962，P〈0．05）。研究组患儿咳嗽、憋喘、气促、肺部哆音消退时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为5．982，6．993，5014，6．425；P〈0．05）。结论普米克令舒与沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入在治疗小儿哮喘急性发作方面临床疗效确切，安全可靠。

Curative effects of albuterol combined with pulmicor respules in treatment of pediatric acute asthma

Objective To study the curative effects of inhalation of albuterol and pulmicor respules on pediatric acute asthma. Methods Totally 130 patients with pediatric acute asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 65 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated by albuterol combined with pulmicor respules additionally. The effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9% , which was higher than the control group （78.5%） , and the difference was significant （χ2 = 7. 962, P 〈 0.05）. The extinction time of cough, asthma, anhelation and physical signs in lung of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group （t value was 5. 982, 6. 993, 5. 014 and 6. 425, respectively, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Inhalation of pulmicor respules combined with albuterol has precise curative effect and high safety for pediatric acute asthma.
