Orem自理模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用

目的探讨Orem自理模式在妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM）患者中的应用效果。方法选择104例GDM患者按入院次序分为实验组（55例）和对照组（49例）,实验组采用Orem自理模式护理方法,对照组采用常规护理方法。观察两组患者妊娠、分娩情况和干预前后两组患者空腹血糖（fasting plasma glucose,FPG）及糖化血红蛋白（glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c）情况的差异。结果实验组患者正常妊娠率和自然分娩率均较对照组高（均P〈0.05）;干预后实验组患者FPG下降水平和HbA1c控制水平优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论 Orem自理模式可提高GDM患者围产期质量及有效控制血糖水平。

Application of Orem self-care mode in nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the effect of Orem self-care mode on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 104 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into the treatment group(n=55)and control group(n=49)according to the registration date.The control group received conventional nursing,and the treatment group was nursed with Orem self-care mode besides the conventional nursing.The two groups were compared in respect of normal pregnancy and spontaneous delivery as well as the indexes of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c).Results The normal pregnancy rate and spontaneous delivery rate in the treatment group were both higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The levels of FPG and HbA1c were better controlled than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The Orem self-care mode may improve the GDM patients’quality of life in perinatal period and help sustain the blood sugar control.
