| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨游离前列腺特异性抗原／总前列腺特异性抗原（FPSA／TPSA）比值在鉴别诊断前列腺癌中的应用价值。方法：随机选取我院2005年1月-2006年8月住院的前列腺炎患者44例，良性前列腺增生42例，前列腺癌患者54例，排除前列腺疾病的健康体检者63例，测定血清TPSA和FPSA，并计算FPSA／TPSA比值。应用SPSS10．0软件进行统计学分析。结果：FPSA／TPSA比值界值为≤1．8时对前列腺癌鉴别诊断与只检测TPSA相比在敏感性相近的情况下特异性明显提高（TPSA特异性为57．5％，FPSA／TPSA特异性为81．3％）。结论：FPSA／TPSA比值在敏感性相近的情况可明显提高前列腺癌鉴别诊断的特异性，是较为理想的前列腺癌鉴别诊断新指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the free/total prostata-specific antigen ratio(FPSA/TPSA ratio) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:FPSA/TPSA ratio in the serum was analyzed prospectively in 54 consecutive patients with prostate cancer,42 consecutive patients witn BPH and 44 consecutive patients with prostatitis.Serum specimens were collected,sensitivity,specificity were calculated by SPSS 10.0 soft ware.Results:When the FPSA/TPSA ratio was 0.18,the sensitivity of was 90.7% and specificity was 81.3%.FPSA/TPSA ratio was more significant than TPSA in PCa group.Conclusion:The use of FPSA/TPSA ratio can improve the specificity of detection of PCa. |
