| 摘 要： | 目的为了确定海南省流行的麻疹野病毒基因型别,从分子水平揭示麻疹的流行病学特点,为控制麻疹策略的制定提供本底资料。方法采用B95a细胞从麻疹爆发和散发病人咽拭子标本中分离麻疹病毒,用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行基因分型并测序。结果在57份疑似麻疹病例的咽拭子标本中,分离到14株麻疹病毒,经测序全部为H1基因型。结论引起海南省1999~2004年麻疹爆发和散发的病原为麻疹病毒H1基因型,尚未发现有其它基因型传入引起的麻疹病例。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to know the genetic type of measles virus in Hainan to reveal the prevalent characteristics of measles,so as to provide scientific basic data to control measles in Hainan Province.Methods B95a cell line was used to isolate measles virus from swab samples of suspected measles cases.RT-PCR was used to know the genetic type of measles virus and sequencing was done.Results 14 strains of measles virus was isolated from 57 swab samples and all of the genetic types were H_1.Conclusion The result showed that the measles virus of H_1 genetic type was the pathogen which caused outbreak of measles in Hainan Province.Any other type was not been found.So the measles surveillance system should be perfected and improved.The basic immunization of measles should be strengthened. |
