| Abstract: | Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis （RE） and physiological property of stomach, this paper views that RE should be treated by regulating stomach to descend adverse qi method, such as regulating qi to transmit downward, transforming stasis to transmit downward, resolving dampness to descend turbid, removing food retention to downhear stomach, descending qi to remove phlegm, purging the pathogenic fire to transmit downward and so on. The methods of taking medicine, health maintenance and precautions were presented. |
