摘    要:
急性脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种常见的严重的神经功能损伤性疾病。SCI包括初始的机械性创伤和继发性损伤。一系列的病理生理机制共同促成了继发性损伤,如由出血和缺血/再灌注诱导的血管损伤效应、氨基酸的兴奋性毒性、钙超载、凋亡、线粒体功能障碍、活性氧生成等。这些因素能加重组织损伤的程度,促使损伤范围在伤后一段时间内不断扩大。在继发性损伤中关键的生化反应事件是活性氧诱导的氧化应激,鉴于其在SCI进程中的重要性,关注活性氧将有助于寻找治疗SCI的药物。

Abstract:
Acute spinal cord injury (SCI)is a common severe neurelogic disorder. SCI includes primary injuries that caused by mechanical forces and secondary lesions. Secondary injuries results from a cascade of pathophysiologic mechanisms such as hemorrhage and ischemic-reperfusion-induced vascular insults, amino acids-induced excitotoxicity, high concentrations of intracellular calcium, apoptosis, disturbances of mitochon- drion, generations of reactive oxygen species and so on. These factors can exacerbate tissue damage, enlarge the injury scope during some time after injury. A key biochemical event in the secondary injuries is ROS-induced oxidative stresses,which plays an important role in progression of SCI. Pay attention to ROS will facilitate the pharmacological interventions in treating acute SCI.
