养心颗粒对家兔冠心病快速性心律失常模型心电图时相性及心肌Na^＋-K^＋-ATP酶活性的影响

目的:通过观察养心颗粒对冠心病快速性心律失常模型心电图时相性及心肌Na -K -ATP酶活性的影响,探讨其防治快速性心律失常的作用机制。方法:用高脂饮食喂养并结合静脉注射肾上腺素复制冠心病快速性心律失常模型,并随机分为模型对照组、养心颗粒治疗组、养心颗粒防治组、胺碘酮治疗组,并另取7只作为空白对照组,观察并比较各组心律失常的出现时间和持续时间,并采用分光光度法测定各组家兔心肌Na -K -ATP酶活性。结果:养心颗粒可以有效延长快速性心律失常出现时间,缩短持续时间,改善心肌Na -K -ATP酶活性。结论:用高脂饮食喂养家兔并结合静脉注射肾上腺素可以复制冠心病快速性心律失常动物模型,与人类冠心病快速性心律失常相近似;以益气养心安神为立法组成的养心颗粒具有提高心律失常家兔心肌组织Na -K -ATP酶活性的作用,这可能是其防治冠心病快速性心律失常的机制之一。

Effects of recuperating-heart granule on heart cells' Na~ -K~ -ATP pase activity and electrocardiography time in,CHD celerity arhythmia model

Objective:Observing the effects of recuperating-heart granule on heart cells' Na -K -ATP ase activity and electrocardiography time in CHD celerity arrhythmia model,to investigate the mechanism of prevention and cure CHD celerity arrhythmia.Methods:CHD celerity arrhythmia rabbit models established by high fat and mainlining adrenalin were divided randomly into model group,recuperating-heart granule treat group,recuperating-heart granule prevention group,Amiodarone treat group.Other 7 natural rabbits were comparison group.Then observe the appearing and resuming time and the effects of Na -K -ATP ase activity by the way of spectrophotometric method.Results:Recuperating-heart granule can prolong the appearing time of arrhythmia,reduce resuming time of arrhythmia,can improve Na -K -ATP ase activity of heart muscle cells.Conclusion: CHD celerity arrhythmia model copied by high fat and mainlining adrenalin is close to human being's arrhythmia.Recuperating-heart granule made by the method of replenish Qi,recuperate heart,soothe the nerves can improve Na -K -ATP ase activity of heart muscle cells.This's maybe its mechanism of prevention and cure CHD celerity arrhythmia.
