腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术不同止血方法对卵巢功能的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的患者应用不同止血方法对卵巢功能的影响。方法选择2010年7月-2013年7月驻马店市第一人民医院收治的应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的患者74例，根据止血方法的不同随机分为观察组和对照组各37例，观察组患者术后应用缝合止血法处理，对照组患者应用电凝止血方法处理，对比不同止血方法对两组患者卵巢功能的影响。结果两组患者术前性激素E2、FSH、LH无明显差异（P〉0．05），术后两组E：水平降低，FSH和LH水平升高，观察组性激素水平变化幅度小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者排卵异常、经量过少及经期延长例数分别为4例（10．81％）、2例（5．41％）、2例（5．4l％），均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后采用缝合的方式行创面止血，可使卵巢功能得到最大程度的保护，不影响患者生存质量。

Effects of different methods of Laparoscopic excision of ovarian cysts hemostatic on ovarian function

Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in patients of different methods to stop bleeding on ovarian function. Methods From July 2010 to July 2013 74 patients under laparoscopic in Zhumadian City First Peoplet Hospital of ovarian cystectomy, depending on the method of random bleeding into observation group and control group of 37 cases , the observation group were postoperative hemostasis treatment and control group patients applied coagulation treatment method, compared the effects of different methods to stop bleeding in patients with ovarian function between the two groups. Results The two groups of patients undergoing hormone E2, FSH, LH was no signifi- cant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, reduce postoperative groups E2 levels, elevated FSH and LH levels, hormone levels change range observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Ovulation ab- normalities in patients in the observation group, the amount is too small and the number of cases menstruation were 4 ca- ses （ 10. 81% ）, 2 cases （5.41%）, 2 cases （5.41%）, were less than the control group, the difference was statistical- ly significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy surgery using suture way hemostasis, ovarian function allows the greatest degree of protection, without affecting the quality of life of patients.
