贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗百草枯中毒患者肺损伤的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗百草枯中毒患者肺损伤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年12月收治的36例急性百草枯中毒患者的临床资料,将接受贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗的患者作为观察组(19例),常规治疗的的患者作为对照组(17例),对比两组患者的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、预后及死亡患者平均存活时间等。结果经治疗后,观察组动脉血氧分压为(83.5±17.6)mmHg,明显高于对照组的(64.2±14.3)mm Hg,对照组死亡患者平均存活天数(14.9±2.7)d,明显少于观察组的(20.2±3.4)d,两组对比具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组和观察组两组患者死亡率均较高,分别为47.4%和58.8%,两组对比无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂贝那普利联合血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂缬沙坦治疗急性百草枯中毒患者,能一定程度缓解肺间质纤维化过程,延长患者存活时间,但无法降低死亡率。

Efficacy of lung injury in patients with paraquat poisoning benazepril combined with valsartan

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical effects of Benalapril and valsartan in patients with tung injury paraquat poison- ing. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from January 2008 to December 2013 were treated 36 cases of patients with acute paraquat poisoning, the patient will receive benazepril combined with valsartan as the observation group ( 19 cases) , as a routine treatment of patients in the control group ( 17 cases), compared two groups of patients ~ arterial oxygen (PaO2), prognosis and mortality in patients with average survival time. Results After treatment, the observation group arterial oxygen pressure (83.5 ± 17.6) mmHg significantly higher than (64. 2 ± 14. 3 ) mmHg in con- trol group, mean survival of patients in the control group died a few days ( 14. 9 ±2.7) d, significantly less than the ob- serveation group ( 20. 2 ± 3.4) d, comparing the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Two groups mortal- ity rates were 47.4% and 58.8%, respectively, no statistical comparison significance (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion An- giotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor benazepril combined with angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist valsartan in patients with acute paraquat poisoning, can extent alleviate interstitial pulmonary fibrosis and prolong patients'survival time, but not reduce mortality.
