腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症患者应用腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2010年9月-2013年11月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者92例，根据治疗方式的不同随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（42例），对照组应用腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组应用腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及复发率。结果 观察组患者总有效率为98．0％，对照组为90．0％。两组间有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者复发率低于对照组，妊娠率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不良反应两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 腹腔镜联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果显著，可提高受孕率，降低复发率，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of endometriosis laparoscopic surgery mifepristone treatment. Methods A hospital in September 2010 Endometriosis 92 patients admitted in November 2013, according to the different treatment modalities were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （42 cases） and control group laparoseopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery combined with the observation group mifepristone treatment, clinical efficacy and recurrence rates were compared. Results The total effective rate was 98.0% in observation group and in the control group was 90.0%. Compare efficiency between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Relapse rate of patients in the observation group was low than the control group, the pregnancy rate higher, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic mifepristone treatment of endometriosis significant clinical effect, can improve pregnancy rates, reduce the relapse rate and fewer side effects, worthy of clinical application.
