参照ERCCl、RRMl表达对非小细胞肺癌实施个体化治疗的疗效分析

摘    要:
目的分析ERCC1、RRM1表达对非小细胞肺癌实施个体化治疗的疗效影响。方法选择2007年6月到2012年6月期间在我院接受化疗的150名非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据化疗方案不同分为顺铂治疗的78例、健择(吉西他滨)化疗的72例,比较各组不同化疗效果患者的ERCC1、RRM1表达情况。结果顺铂无效组患者ERCC1的mRNA水平、蛋白水平,均明显高于顺铂有效组(P〈0.05);RRM1的mRNA水平、蛋白水平,与顺铂有效组无差异(P〉0.05);健择无效组患者RRM1的mRNA水平、蛋白水平,均明显高于健择有效组(P〈0.05);ERCC1的mRNA水平、蛋白水平,与健择有效组无差异(P〉0.05)。结论对于ERCC1表达水平与铂类药物化疗效果成反比,RRM1表达水平与健择化疗效果呈反比,ERCC1、RRM1表达可以指导非小细胞肺癌患者的化疗药物使用。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influence of ERCC1 and RRM1 expression on the individualized treatment effect of patients with non-small cell carcinoma. Methods 150 patients with non-small cell carcinoma were divided into the cisplatin group (78 cases) and the Gemzar chemotherapy group (72 cases). The expression of ERCC1 and RRM1 was compared between the two groups. Results The levels of mRNA and protein of ERCC1 were higher in the clsplatin invalid group than in the cisplatin effective group ( P 〈0.05 ) , but there was no significant difference of mRNA and protein levels of RRM1 between the above groups (P 〉0. 05). The levels of mRNA and protein of RRM1 were significantly higher in the Gemzar invalid group than in the Gemzar effective group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but the levels of mRNA and protein of ERCC 1 showed no obvious difference between the Gemzar invalid group and the Gemzar invalid group (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression level of ERCC1 is negatively correlated with the curative effect of platinum-based chemotherapy, and the ex- pression level of RRM1 is negatively correlated with the curative effect of Gemzar chemotherapy. The expression of ERCC1 and RRMI can guide the drug use in the chemotheraDv of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
