血必净对AECOPD细胞因子的影响

目的观察血必净对AECOPD患者外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）指标的影响。方法选择我院住院的AECOPD患者88例,随机分为2组,每组44例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗上加用血必净此处交待用法、用量,两组在入院当天及入院后第3天、第7天、第10天检测血清TNF-α、IL-6水平变化。结果两组患者血浆促炎因子TNF-α及IL-6水平在治疗前差别无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。入院后7天及10天,实验组的IL-6浓度明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组TNF-α浓度水平在入院后第3、7、10天明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论促炎细胞因子参与了COPD急性加重期的发生、发展;而血必净可明显降低促炎细胞因子水平,其在AECOPD治疗中有一定的临床意义。

Influence of Xuebijing on serum cytokines in the treatment of AECOPD patients

Objective To observe the level change of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in AECOPD patients treated with Xuebijing. Meth- otis 88 AECOPD patients were randomly and evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group. All of the patients were given the conventional treatment and the experimental group was treated with Xuebijing additionally. The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 were detected at the 3rd, 7th, and 10th days after admission. Results The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 between the two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of serum IL-6 were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group at Day 7 and Day 10 （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The levels of serum TNF-α decreased more obviously in the experimental group than in the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Condusion TNF-α and IL-6 have taken part in the inflammation activity in AECOPD patients. Xuebijing can significantly reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines. It has an important clinical value in the treatment of acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
