草酸艾司西酞普兰与盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效评价

目的观察草酸艾司西酞普兰与盐酸帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法将60例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。研究组予以草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,对照组予以盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,疗程均为8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效,不良反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应和安全性。结果研究组与对照组临床疗效相当,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。草酸艾司西酞普兰显效更快,不良反应更少。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症疗效与盐酸帕罗西汀相当,且不良反应更少,患者依从性更好,适于长期维持治疗。

Efficacy evaluation of between oxalic acid eseitalopram and paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression

Objective To observe the effect and adverse reactions of oxalic acid escitalopram and paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression.Methods 60 patients with depression were divided into study group and control group,each of 30 cases.The study group was treated with oxalic acid escitalopram,while the control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Evaluate the efficacy by using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and assess the adverse reaction and safety by side effects scale （TESS）.Results The difference of clinical efficacy was not statistically significant between 2 groups （P0.05）.The oxalic acid escitalopram took effect markedly faster and had fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion Compared with paroxetine hydrochloride,the oxalic acid eseitalopram has equivalent efficacy,fewer adverse reactions and better compliance,which is suitable for long-term maintenance therapy.
