华支睾吸虫病人治疗前后血清中IgG/IgG_4抗体的变化

目的　研究华支睾吸虫病人治疗前后血清中IgG和IgG4的变化。方法　本文应用Dot -ELISA对 80例华支睾吸虫病人治疗前后血清中IgG、IgG4抗体进行检测。结果　疗前IgG 96 2 5 % ,IgG497 5 % ,检出率几乎相同 ;疗后IgG6 5 2 2 % ,IgG42 8 2 6 % ,疗前、疗后IgG变化有一定的差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而IgG4差别显著 (P <0 0 0 1)。同时 ,对治疗后的病例中有症状组IgG :92 30 % ,IgG46 9 2 3%有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;无症状组为IgG 5 4 5 4 % ;IgG412 12 %有极显著性差异 (P<0 0 0 5 )。结论血清中特异性IgG4水平与患者感染程度密切相关 ,感染越重 ,IgG4水平越高 ,而随着药物治疗 ,IgG4水平也越低。故IgG4可作为疗效考核指标之一。

Changes of the serum levels of IgG/IgG4 in patients with clonorchiasis before and after treatment

To study the changes of serum levels of IgG and IgG 4 in patients with clonorchiasis before and after treatment,the IgG/IgG 4 serum levels of 80 cases of clonorchiasis were determined by means of dot-ELISA.It was found that the positive rates of IgG and IgG 4 before treatment were 96.25% and 97.5%,while those after treatment were 65.22% and 28.26% respectively.In the cases after treatment,the positive rates of IgG and IgG 4 in symptomatic patients were 92.30% and 69.23%.while those in asymptomatic patients were 54.54% and 12.12% respectively.It concludes that IgG 4 is an important parameter for evaluating the cure of clonorchiasis.
