慎柔养真汤对老年性便秘患者脑肠肽影响的临床研究

目的了解慎柔养真汤治疗老年性便秘患者的临床疗效及其对脑肠肽的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的老年性便秘患者104例,随机分为2组各52例。治疗组予慎柔养真汤煎剂口服每日1剂,对照组予麻仁丸6 g口服每日3次,疗程8周。观察2组临床疗效,并比较治疗前后血浆P物质(SP)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率91%,对照组总有效率72%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆SP及VIP水平均显著升高(P均<0.01);对照组仅SP明显升高(P<0.05)。2组血浆SP及VIP比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论慎柔养真汤治疗老年性便秘患者临床疗效优于麻仁丸,可能与提高血浆SP及VIP水平相关。

Clinical study of the influence of Shenrouyangzhen Decoction to brain guts peptide of elderly constipation

Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of Shenrouyangzhen Decoction in treating elderly constipation and to observe its influence on brain gut peptide(BGP).Methods 104 elderly patients with constipation were divided into the therapy group with 52 patients and the control group with 52 patients randomly.The therapy group received the Shenrouyangzhen Decoction one dose per day,the control group received Maren bolus 3 times a day,each time 6g.The courses of treatment were 8 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after treatment,and the blood levels of Substance P(SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) were determined before and after treatment.Results After treatment the total efficiency in the therapy group(91%) was better than that in the control group(72%)(P<0.05).After treatment the blood levels of SP and VIP in the therapy group rose obviously(P<0.01),while only the blood level of SP in the control group rose obviously(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the blood levels of SP and VIP between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly constipation,the clinical effect of Shenrouyangzhen Decoction was better than that of Maren bolus.Possibly it related to the raising levels of SP and VIP.
