自然排卵周期与促排卵周期宫腔内供精人工授精的妊娠情况比较

摘    要:目的研究比较在自然排卵周期与促排卵周期中施行宫腔内供精人工授精的妊娠情况。方法对施行宫腔内供精人工授精的1014个自然排卵周期和213个促排卵周期进行回顾分析,比较两组的临床妊娠率和流产率。结果自然排卵组年龄为(30.4±11.4)岁,不孕年限为(5.6±4.5)年;促排卵组年龄为(30.6±12.1)岁,不孕年限为(5.3±4.8)年。两组年龄、不孕年限差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。自然排卵组临床妊娠率为21.89%,流产率为19.82%;促排卵组临床妊娠率为16.43%,流产率为20%。两组临床妊娠率和流产率差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论促排卵治疗下施行供精人工授精,不能提高临床妊娠率,但可以获得与自然排卵周期相同的临床妊娠率,若女方有自然排卵,不必进行促排卵治疗。

Abstract:Objective To compare the pregnancy results of intrauterine artificial insemination by donor (AID) between natural ovulation cycle and superovulafion cycle. Methods Retrospective analysis of data of uterine cavity AID cycle including 1014 natural ovulation cycle and 213 superovulation cycle and compared pregnancy rates and delivery rates between the two groups. Results The patients'age and infertile age of natural ovulation groups was (30.4 ± 11.4) years and (5.6 ± 4.5 ) years, while in superovulation groups was (30.6 ± 12.1 ) years and (5.3 ± 4.8 ) years ; no significant difference was found on the patients' age and infertile age between two groups (P 〉0.05 ) ;the pregnancy rate of natural ovulation group was 21.89% and the delivery rate was 19.82% ;in superovulation cycle group the pregnancy rate was 16.43% and the delivery rate was 20.00% and the pregnancy rates and delivery rates were not significantly different between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Artificial insemination under the superovuhtion will not improve pregnancy rate but acquire the same pregnancy as natural ovulation; there is no need to perform superovulation if natural ovulation exists.
