超声刀在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用效果研究

目的研究超声刀在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析77例乳腺癌改良根治术患者的临床资料,其中41例使用超声刀,36例用电刀,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术中副损伤(血管、淋巴管、神经损伤)率、淋巴结检出数、术后24 h引流量、腋窝引流管留置时间、拆线时间、术后住院时间、术后再出血、皮瓣坏死、皮下积液等术后并发症的发生率。结果两组比较手术时间、术中出血量、术中副损伤率、术后再出血率、皮瓣坏死率、皮下积液率和淋巴结检出数无明显差别(P>0.05);对比术后24 h引流量、腋窝引流管留置时间、住院时间、拆线时间,超声刀组均优于电刀组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用超声刀效果好,并发症发生率低,术后恢复时间短,值得推广。

The Effect of UAS in the Surgical Treatment of Breast Cancer

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of UAS in the surgical treatment of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 77 patients who received improved radical operation of mastocarcinoma.And the 77 patients were randomly divided into two groups：41 cases subjected to UAS;36 cases subjected to electrotome.Operating time,blood loss,accident trauma,detected lymph node number,postoperative drainage volume,indwelling time of drainage tube,postoperative rebleeding,flap necrosis,hypophloeodal liquid,hospital stay and stitch time in the two groups were compared.Results There was no obvious difference in operating time,blood loss,accident trauma,postoperative rebleeding,flap necrosis,hypophloeodal liquid,and lymph node number between the two groups（P0.05）.However,the postoperative drainage volume,indwelling time of drainage tube,stitch time and hospital stay in group UAS was dramatically decreased as compared with group electrotome（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of UAS is better than that of electrotome in improved radical operation of breast cancer.
