| 摘 要： | 应用自制抗线粒体肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-mit)抗血清,建立了以琼脂糖电泳和免疫印迹分析来定性检测血清中CK-mit的方法。并检测了33例肺癌患者、31例其它肺部疾病患者(对照组)血清标本.结果显示肺癌组CK-mit阳性率明显高于对照组(57.6％比6.5％,P<0.001),同时检测了血清CK及CK-MB活力,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05),CK-mit阳性率在不同类型肺癌分别是鳞癌71.4％(10/14),小细胞癌66.7％(6/9)和腺癌30％(3/10)。CK-mit检测的灵敏度和特异度分别是57.6％和93.5％。提示CK-mit检测有助于肺癌的临床诊断。 |

| Abstract: | An agarose electrophoresis and immunoblotting procedure for CK-mit with CK-mit antisera was developed, and this assay was utilized to qualitative determination of serum CK-mit from 33 patients with lung cancer and 31 controls. The results showed that the positive rate of CK-mit were significantly higher in the lung cancer cases than in the controls(57.6% vs 6.5%, P<0.001). In the meantime activity of serum CK and CK-MB also were determined, there were no difference between two groups(P >0.05). In the patients with lung cancer, the positive rate were 71.4%(10/14)for epidermoid carcinoma,66.7%(6/9) for small cell carcinoma and 30%(3/10)for ade-nocarcinoma. The sensitivity and specificity of this assay were 57. 6% and 93. 5%, respectively. It is suggest that CK-mit assay may be helpful for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer. |
