| 摘 要： | 探讨125I粒子联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。采用CT引导下肿瘤内植入125I粒子,3天后行长春瑞滨(NVB)和顺铂(DDP)静脉化疗,于2、4、6个月观察治疗效果(CR,PR,SD,PD)。结果表明125I粒子联合化疗组的有效率(CR+PR)分别为82.8%,90.6%,93.7%;单纯化疗组分别为44.3%,48.6%,52.9%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。NSCLC行125I粒子联合化疗具有协同作用,有利于短期内减轻肿瘤负荷,提高肿瘤疗效。 |
