| 摘 要： | 探讨介入治疗短期内对肝癌患者血管形成及肝功能的影响.采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆VEGF的水平.肝癌患者的肝功能指标用全自动生化分析仪进行检测.结果显示,肝癌患者介入治疗后血浆VEGF水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);肝功能指标介入治疗后与治疗前相比,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶和总胆汁酸水平显著降低(P<0.05... |
