| 摘 要： | 探讨食物不耐受IgG抗体检测在肠易激综合征中的临床价值.采用ELISA法半定量检测57例肠易激综合征患者血清中14种食物不耐受IgG抗体.结果显示,57例肠易激综合征患者中有43例食物不耐受IgG抗体呈阳性反应,以鸡蛋、牛奶、蟹的致敏性最高;14种IgG抗体阳性率分别为:牛奶(40.4%)、小麦(3.5%)、牛肉(7....
