摘 要: | 目的对早产儿家长进行婴儿护理健康教育,分析家长婴儿保健知识的了解情况和护理能力的变化情况,探讨健康教育与早产儿家长护理能力的关系。方法将城步苗族自治县中医医院2010年1月~2011年6月收治的144例早产儿,随机分为对照组和实验组各72例。对照组进行常规护理指导,实验组在常规指导的基础上给予一系列规范的健康教育指导。比较2组家长护理知识知晓率与家长护理能力满意度,以及随访1年内早产儿并发症情况及再住院情况。结果实验组家长护理知识知晓率及护理能力满意度均优于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组早产儿并发症发生率及再入院率均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论对早产儿家长进行护理健康教育可以提高家长的护婴能力,有利于早产儿的生长发育。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of health education about baby nursing for parents of premature infants. Method 144 prema-ture infants from January 2010 to June 2011 in the hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chengbu Miao Minority Autonomous County were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with each group 72 cases. The control group were treated with rou-tine,non-systematic health education,while the experimental group added with a series of enhanced systematic health education of baby hurs-ing methods. Results The parents of the experimental group were better in the nursing knowledge awareness and nursing competency satisfac-tion(P〈0. 05),and the infants in the experimental group had a lower complication rate and a lower readmission rate(P〈0. 05),compared with the control group. Conclusion The systematic health education about baby nursing for premature parents can improve infants’ nursing ability of parents and it’ s conducive to the growth of premature infants. |
