| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨OA系统在护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法根据本院实际情况设置OA系统内容，并对护理人员进行培训。结果本院护理管理工作应用OA系统半年后，明显提高工作效率，提高了护理管理效率。结论通过OA系统的应用，优化了办公流程，提高办公效率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of OA system in nursing management.Method According to the actucil situation of the hospital,establish OA system and tain the nursing staff.Results After the application of OA in nursing management of our hospital about half a year,the efficiency of work and nursing management were improved.Conclusion The application of OA system,optimize work flow and im-prove work efficiency. |
