腰段脊柱的形态变化与腰腿痛的关系

本文对10具正常和10具腰椎退变尸体解剖观察及20例腰椎平片X线对照分析证实，椎间盘病变，椎体唇状骨质增生，关节突骨质增生，前后纵韧带的钙化使腰椎失稳，由于腰神经在椎间孔内系由内上向外下走行，故当椎间隙变窄，后纵韧带钙化和上关节突骨质增生均可使椎间孔径缩小并压迫脊神经根，引起腰腿痛。

The Relationship between Morphological Changes of the Lumbar Vertebral Column and Pain in Waist and Legs

An anatomical study of 10 normal and 10 degenerative lumbar vertebral columns in cadavers was compared with 20 X-ray plane films of degenerative lumbar verterae.The results indicated:The intervertebral disc diseases,lip-like hyperosteogeny of the vertebral bodies,hyperosteogeny of the articular processes,calcification of the posterior longitudinal ligaments would made loss of lumbar equillbrium.It is reasonable to suggest that narrowing of the intervertebral spaces, hyperosteogeny of the upper articular processes and calcification of the posterior longitudinal ligaments not only reduce the size of the intervertebral foramen,but also compress the spinal nerve roots,which runs from the upper medial to lower lateral aspect in the foramen.
