| 摘 要： | 对２４例癌性胸腔积液患者自体胸液中的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）在体外经小剂量重组白细胞介素２（ｒＩＬ２）诱导、扩增、测定了培养前后淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＩＬ２Ｒ水平，天然杀狎细胞（ＮＫ）活性的改变，并对（ＴＩＬ／ｒＩＬ２）治疗前后胸液病理细胞、癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）的变化进行动态观察。结果表明：胸液ＴＩＬ经培养、扩增后ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＮＫ活性显著升高，胸液ＣＥＡ水平不同程度的 |

| Abstract: | IL of 24 patients with mahgnant pleural effusionswere induced and expanded in vitro. The phenotype oflymphocytes IL2R , NK cytotoxicity activity were anal-ysed in fresh and activated TIL. CEA and cytology ofmalignant pleural effusion were detected before and aftertreatment with TIL/rIL2. The resuhs indicated : CD_4CDs. IL2R , NK activity increased markedly , CEA leveldecreased in all of the patients, tumor cells disappearedin some patients. The pleural effusion disappeared in63%. The total effective rate of the treatment is 79%.No serious toxicity and side effects were found in 1 to 6months period of following-up after treatment. |
