唑莱膦酸联合放疗治疗骨转移癌止痛疗效观察

目的评价唑莱膦酸联合放疗在骨转移癌治疗中的疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2005-04~2009-03间,收治骨转移癌患者80例,随机分为两组:40例行单纯放疗,用直线加速器6MV X线照射,放疗剂量30 GY/10F/2W。另一组40例给予放疗,并于放疗前、后应用唑莱膦酸4.0 mg加入100 mL生理盐水中,静滴。结果唑莱膦酸+放疗组总有效率(CR+PR)为92.5%,较单纯放疗组有统计学差异(P<0.05),疼痛缓解中位时间较单纯放疗组明显延长。结论唑莱膦酸联合放疗能有效缓解骨转移癌患者症状,在治疗中起到协同作用,值得进一步推广应用。

The Observation of Anodyne Efficacy of Zoledronic Acid Combined with Radiotherapy for Metastatic Bone Tumors

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy for metastatic bone tumors.Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of metastatic bone tumors which were received and were cured during the graduate period from April 2005 to March 2009 was performed.The patients were random divided into two groups.40 cases were cured by radiotherapy alone.They were flashed out by linear accelerator 6MVX ray.The radiation doses were 30GY/10F/2W.The other 40 cases were cured by raditherapy.In addition,they were injected 100 ml normal saline which was mixed with 4.0 mg zoleronic acid before and after the raditherapy.Results The efficiency of the group that patients were cured not only by raditherapy but also zoledronic acid（CR＋PR） was 92.5%.Compared with the group that patients were cured by raditherapy alone,it had statistical differences（P0.05）,and the median time of easing the pain was obviously prolonged.Conclusion Zolefronic acid combined with radiotherapy could effectively ease the symptom of the patients with bone metastases.It had a synergetic effect during the treatment,and it might be worth popularizing and application further.
