高效水基杀虫剂除害净对蚊蝇和蟑螂的灭效研究

目的为防治广谱抗性害虫,研制行之有效的水基杀虫剂。方法用直接喷雾法测定药效;用动物急性口服毒性和皮肤刺激试验测定毒性。结果除害净在实验室对自然界品系蚊、蝇、蟑螂的KT50分别为0.8,1.2,0.85 min,48 h死亡率为100%;在现场按1 ml/m3用药3 h后,蚊、蝇密度下降100%,对蟑螂按1 ml/m2用药48 h后,密度下降95.7%。结论该制剂配方合理,杀虫效果好,使用安全。

Efficacy of high efficient Chuhaijing insecticide against mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches

ObjectiveTo develop high efficient water based insecticide to control pests.MethodsTesting the efficacy with the method of spraying directly,testing the toxicity according to animal acute oral toxicity and skin reaction experiment.ResultsThe KT50 of Chuhaijing against mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in lab were 0.8,1.2 and 0.85 minutes respectively.The mortality of 48 h were 100%.Using the insecticide with the dose of 1ml/m3 for 3 hours,the density declined rate of mosquito and flies were 100%.With the dose of 1ml/m2 for 48 h,the density declined rate of cockroaches were 95.7%.ConclusionThe formula of Chuhaijing insecticide was scientific and efficient for killing pests,and it was environmental protecting.
