| 摘 要： | 目的观察半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效.方法带状疱疹132例随机分成两组,观察组除与对照组同样使用阿昔洛韦治疗外,同时给以SUNDOM-300Ⅰ型半导体激光治疗.结果观察组在止疱、结痂、疼痛缓解方面均显优于对照组(P＜0.01),后遗神经痛发生率亦明显降低(P＜0.05).结论半导体激光可以提高带状疱疹的疗效. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of semi -conductor laser on herpes zoster patients. Methods One hundred and thirty-two herpes zoster patients we re divided into observation group consisted of 68 patients treated with alcilov plus SUNDOM-300 semi-conductor laser and control group consisted of 64 patients only treated with alcilov. Results The findings show that the anti-vesicating,scabbing and pain-relieving effect in the observation group are significantly superior t han that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Semi-conductor laser is capable of enhancing the effect in treatment of herpes zoster patients. |
