| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与气道高反应性(AHR)的关系。方法纳入197例可疑OSAHS患者进行整夜多导睡眠(PSG)监测和基础肺功能测定,同时进行支气管舒张试验或激发试验以测定气流受限可逆性和气道反应性(用PD20-FEV1表示)。分析呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)与AHR的相关性。结果 OSAHS患者117例,其中3例舒张试验阳性,25例激发试验阳性;非OSAHS患者80例,其中7例存在AHR。OSAHS患者AHR发病率显著高于非OSAHS患者(23.9%比8.8%,P0.01)。OSAHS合并AHR患者的AHI值高于OSAHS非AHR患者[(30.3±5.1)次/h比(23.7±2.4)次/h,P0.01)。25例患者存在AHR的OSAHS患者中,PD20-FEV1为(0.98±0.24)mg,AHI为(31.8±4.2)次/h,两者之间呈正相关关系(r=0.62,P0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者发生AHR的危险性增加。
