食物疗法治疗小儿烧伤瘙痒

目的:探讨食物疗法治疗小儿烧伤瘙痒的疗效。方法:取活泥鳅2.5g/kg,放清水中养1d,使其肠内容物排净,去内脏,加生姜0.4g/kg,生地0.4g/kg,小火煨汤100mL,盐调味后服汤,分2次饮用,早晚各1次,每次50mL。5d1个疗程。治疗83例小儿烧伤瘙痒。结果:83例小儿烧伤瘙痒患者中,失访5名,显效70人,有效6人,无效2人,有效率94%。第2天起效53人(68.0%),第3天起效11人(14.1%),第4天起效8人(10.3%),第5天起效6人(7.7%)。无明显不良反应。结论:食物疗法治疗小儿烧伤瘙痒有效。

Food Treatment for Burned Children Who Had Itches

Objective To study the effect of food treatment on burned children with itches. Methods Loaches 2.5 g/kg, who had defecated completely after staying in the clear water for one day and whose viscera were cut off, were added with ginger 0.4 g/kg and fresh rehmannia 0.4 g/kg and cooked over slow fire. At last 100 mL soup was gathered and was added salt. The patients drank 50 mL twice every day. The treatment period was 5 days. 83 cases of burned children with itches were treated. Results In the 83 patients, 5 quit the research, 70 were apparent effective, 6 were effective and 2 was ineffective. The effective rate was 94%. The treatment took effect after 2 days in 53(68.0%) patients, 3 days in 11(14.1%) patients, 4 days in 8(10.3%) patients and 5 days in 6(7.7%) patients. No side-effects were found. Conclusion This kind of food treatment was effective to treat burned children with itches.
