乳腺癌保乳改良手术方式的临床研究

目的 探讨乳腺癌患者经保乳手术后的治疗效果.方法 选取2003年1月-2008年12月在我院行保乳手术的30例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,并选择同期在我院行改良根治术的40例乳腺癌患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者在局部复发率、远处转移率、生存率以及术后并发症方面,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但美容评估结果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者,保乳手术是一种切实可行的手术方式,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical study on modified conservative mastectomy on patients with breast cancer

Objective To study therapeutic effect of conservative mastectomy on patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 30 patients with breast cancer between Jan 2003 and Nov 2011 were enrolled into this study in our hospital. At the same time, 40 patients with breast cancer for modified radical mastectomy were also enrolled into this study as the control group. Therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, no significant differences of local recurrence rate, metastasis rate, 5-year survival rate and post-operative complication were found between the observation and control group. However, significant difference of satisfactory rate of cosmetic result was found in two groups.Conclusion Conservative mastectomy is a viable surgical method for breast cancer （stageⅠto Ⅱ）.
