影响髋部骨折疗效的相关因素分析

目的 探讨老年髋部骨折手术治疗效果相关影响因素.方法 对2009年3月-2010年7月我科室收治的86例老年髋部骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析.结果 对照组术后3个月、6个月、1年的ADL评分分别为(11.9±1.3)、(14.0±2.0)、(15.1±2.3),观察组术后3个月、6个月、1年的ADL评分分别为(13.1±1.4)、(15.7±2.1)、(17.0±2.3);术后1年ADL评分,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).术后40例患者存在各种临床并发症,占46.51％;其中肺炎11例、尿路感染8例、脑梗塞7例.结论 患者骨折前基本生活能力、术后临床并发症情况对老年髋部骨折患者手术治疗效果有较大影响,老年患者要努力提高自身的基本生活能力,临床要采取合理有效的对症治疗措施,以降低老年患者手术后并发症发生率,改善老年髋部骨折的手术疗效.

Analysis of related factors on curative effect of hip fracture

Objective To analyze the related factors on curative effect of hip fracture. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with hip fracture in our hospital from March 2009 to July 2010 was retrospectively analyzed. Results The postoperation ADL score of 3 month＇ s, 6 month＇ s and one year＇ s of the control group were（11.9±1.3）, （14.0 ± 2.0）and（15.1 ± 2.3）.They were all higher than that of the lreatment group. The difference of ADL score of one year after treatment was significant. Complications were found in 40 patients after operation. Conclusions Reasonable and effective symptonmtic treatment measures should be taken into account, and the clinical complications should be reduced after surgery. Moreover, the effect of hip fracture should be improved after surgical treatment.
