可多华联合其他疗法综合治疗慢性前列腺炎

目的 探索应用肾上腺素能神经阻滞剂联合其他方法治疗前列腺炎症状的效果.方法 96例慢性前列腺炎病例服用可多华,并辅以中成药、心理辅导及其他相关治疗,观察与前列腺炎相关的临床症状,前列腺按摩液镜检情况,以及治疗前后NIH-CPSI变化;结果至治疗第12周末时,症状好转20.83%,明显改善35.42%,症状消失43.75%:治疗前后疼痛或不适症状评分与排尿症状评分相加之和具有显著的统计学意义P<0.001.结论 慢性前列腺炎在有目的 、有规律的综合治疗下,可以取得满意的疗效.

Therapeutic effect of Cardura XL combining with other methods for the treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To study the effect of Neural-adrenergic blocker combining with other methods for the treatment of prostatitis symptoms. Methods Total of 96 patients with chronic prostatitis were administrated with Cardura XL, and supplemented with Chinese medicines, psychological counseling and other relevant treatment. Clinical symptoms of prostatitis, prostate fluid examination and the score of NIH-CPSI were analyzed before and after treatment.Results At the end of the study, Clinical symptoms of 20.83% patients were improved,35.42% were improved significantly and 43.75% were disappeared. There was a significance in sum of pain or discomfort symptom score and voiding symptoms score before and after the treatment (P<0.001). Conclusion Patients with chronic prostatitis can be cured or partly recovered after comprehensive treatment.
