| 急性白血病合并社区获得性肺炎的临床观察及护理 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性白血病合并社区获得性肺炎患者的临床经过及护理效果。方法将60例患者随机均分成两组，均予常规治疗、排痰及心理护理，A组予α-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入，B组予氨溴索雾化吸入。两组均于入院当日及治疗72h后观察体温、呼吸频率、脉搏、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部罗音等临床表现，并评价疗效。结果治疗72h后，B组疗效明显优于A组（P〈0．05）。结论氨溴索雾化吸入治疗急性白血病合并社区获得性肺炎有效，综合治疗及护理方法值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigation the effect of treating and nuring the acute leukemia patients with community acquired pneumonia （CAP） . Methods 60 patients were divided into the group A and B randomly. The two groups were given the conventional treatment, draining phlegm and psychologic nursing. The group A was treated by aerosol inhalation of α-chymotrypsin, and the group B was treated by aerosol inhalation of anxiusuopian. The two groups were observed temperature, breath frequency, pulse, cough, coughing up phlegm and lung＇s rales on first hospital day and 72 h after admission,and the effects were evaluated. Results The curative effects of group B surpassed the group A significantly after 72 h of treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Anxiusuopian is effective to acute leukemia with CAP, and the combination therapy is worth promoting. |
