甘露聚糖肽辅助治疗尖锐湿疣的系统评价

目的系统评价甘露聚糖肽辅助治疗尖锐湿疣的有效性及安全性。方法电子检索Co-chrane图书馆、MEDLINE、EMBASE、CNKI、CBM,手工检索相关杂志、会议论文、学位论文,收集甘露聚糖肽治疗尖锐湿疣的随机对照试验(RCT)。由两名研究者独立选择试验、评价质量、提取数据,并交叉核对。使用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入10个RCT,结果显示痊愈率及总有效率均优于对照组;甘露聚糖肽能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发;甘露聚糖肽可能会引起一过性低、中度发热。结论甘露聚糖肽可提高尖锐湿疣的临床疗效,降低复发率。

Systematic Review of Mannatide as Adjuvant Therapy for Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mannatide as the adjunctive treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods Literatures were retrieved from Cochrane library,MEDLINE,EMBASE,CNKI,CBM databases by computer and from relevant Chinese medical journals by hand.Trial selection,quality evaluation and information extraction were performed by two researchers independently according to the including and excluding criteria,and cross-checked.Meta-analysis is conducted using RevMan 5.0 software.Results 10 reports were included in the meta-analysis.Cure rate and total effective rate were superior to control group.Recurrence rate in treatment group was also lower than that of the control group.The main adverse reaction of mannatide is slight fever.Conclusion Systematic review indicates that mannatide can improve the clinical effect for treating condyloma acuminatum,and decrease the recurrence.
