当归苦参丸内服外搽治疗轻中度痤疮临床观察

目的:观察当归苦参丸内服外搽治疗轻中度痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:将308例患者随机分为治疗组154例和对照组154例。治疗组口服维生素B6、当归苦参丸,并用当归苦参丸水调外搽。对照组口服四环素、维生素B6、西咪替丁,外搽维A酸乳膏。疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后皮损变化及不良反应情况。根据意向性治疗分析(ITT)原则采用全分析集(FAS)进行分析。结果:治疗组有效率87.01%,对照组68.83%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:当归苦参丸内服外搽治疗轻中度痤疮具有较好临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating mild to moderate acne with Danggui Kushen pills taken orally Waicha

Objective:To observe the therapeutic and side effects of Danggui Kushen pills taken orally and used exdernally on treating mild to moderate acne.Methods: A total of 308 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group. 154 cases in each group. The patients in treatment group received oral vitamin B and Danggui Kushen pills taken orally and used exdernally, while the control group received oral tetracycline, vitamin B , cimetidine and Victoria A acid cream for exdernal use.Curative effects and side effects were evaluated in both groups after a 8-week course of treatment.According to the intention to treat analysis(ITT)principle, full analysis set (FAS) was analysised. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.01%, while 68.83% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Meanwhile,the side effects were fewer in the treatment group. Conclusion: The therapy of the Danggui Kushen pills taken orally and used exdernally shows good therapeutic effects but few side effects on treating mild to moderate acne.
