股骨重建髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈或粗隆间骨折

目的: 探讨股骨重建髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈或粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法: 回顾性分析24例股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈或粗隆间骨折的患者股骨重建髓内钉固定的临床治疗效果.结果: 所有病例随访13～29 mo,平均18.4 mo.22例股骨干骨折术后平均5.6 mo愈合,2例术后平均6.9 mo愈合;11例股骨颈骨折术后平均6.2 mo愈合,13例股骨粗隆间骨折术后平均4.8 mo愈合;无髓内钉和锁钉断裂,无感染和栓塞发生.结论: 股骨重建髓内钉治疗是一种治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈或粗隆间骨折可靠和满意的手术方法.

Reconstruction interlocking nail in treating femoral shaft fracture complicated with ipsilateral femoral neck or trochanteric fractures

AIM: [JP4]To explore the clinical results of using reconstruction interlocking nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures accompanied with ipsilateral femoral neck or trochanteric fractures. METHODS: The authors retrospectively analyzed clinical data of twenty four cases treated with reconstruction interlocking nail. RESULTS: The follow up period ranged from 13 to 29 months with a mean of 18.4 months. The average time of union for the shaft fractures was within 5.6 months, 6.2 months for the neck fractures, 4.8 months for the trochanteric fractures. No infection, implant failure or embolism syndrome occurred. CONCLUSION : The reconstruction interlocking nail is a reliable and effective method to treat femoral shaft fracture accompanied with ipsilateral femoral neck or trochanteric fractures.
