| 摘 要： | （1）目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗变应性鼻炎的方法。（2）方法 应用鼻内镜下Nd:YAG激光凝固中务甲前1／3端治疗变应性鼻炎126例。（3） 结果 随访1年，显效109例（86．5％），有效13例（10．3％），无效4例（3．2％），总有效率96．8％。（4）结论 鼻内镜下Nd:YAG激光凝固中鼻甲前1．3端治疗变应性鼻炎，具有视野清楚，操作简便，疗效好等优点，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Nd:YAG laser treatment of the front area of middle turbinate on allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscope.Method 126 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were treated with the one -third part of the front area of middle turbinate by Nd:YAG laser under nasal endoscope.Result It showed marked effect in 109 cases(86.5%),improvement in 13 cases(10.3%) and failed in 4 cases(3.2%) in one year follow-up.The overall effective rate was 96.8%.Conclusion This result indicated that Nd:YAG laser tissue coagulation in treating allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscope is a good method for clinical treatment.This technique has several advantages such as less damage,clear operation field,easy to operate and so on. |
