| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨适合于东方女性鼻尖肥大的综合手术矫治方法。方法:自2006年1月～2009年7月,75例鼻尖肥大的东方女性经鼻孔缘切口采用鼻翼软骨缝合,鼻翼沟成形,硅胶假体隆鼻,耳廓软骨游离移植鼻尖的综合方法进行手术矫治。结果:手术后随访3～36个月,除3例鼻尖软组织增生导致效果不满意外,其余患者鼻形态均得到明显改善,对手术效果均满意。结论:根据东方女性的外鼻形态特点,鼻尖肥大的矫治需要恰当应用综合手术方法才能取得良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a combined surgical technique in treating oriental female patients with nasorostral hypertrophy. Methods 75 consecutive female patients were included in the study between January 2006 and July 2009. The rim incision was chosen. Lower lateral cartilage suturing, alar groove reshaping, silicon gel prosthesis implant, and auricular cartilage transplantation to nasal tip were utilized in our technique.
