| 摘 要： | 明代江集成的《名医类案》中七情致病者共196例,构成率8.2%。七情发病以怒气为多,其次是忧、思。七情发病中妇女多发,以怒、忧二气致病为多;男子以思(包括劳心)致病较多。《名医类案》收集的心理治疗医案共7例,也以女性多发,主要采用情志相胜治疗、两极情绪治疗、激情刺激治疗、假借针药疗心病等心理方法治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective There were 196 patients(8.2%) suffered from seven modes of emotion injury in Ming Yi Lei An written by JIANG Guan in Ming Dynasty.Diseases induced by anger were the most,and the less ones were by anxiety and melancholy.Females could have seven modes of emotion injury especially by anger and melancholy more easily than males,who mainly suffered from seven modes of emotion of anxiety including exertion of heart.There were 7 cases of medical records about psychotherapy collected from Ming Yi Lei An.Most of the patients were females mainly treated with emotion inter-restriction,extreme emotions,intense emotion stimulus and placebo of acupuncture and drugs. |
