河南省新乡地区农村居民高血压病危险因素分析

目的调查河南省新乡地区农村居民高血压病危险因素。方法以整群随机抽样法对新乡地区四个行政村18周岁及其以上常住居民922人进行健康体检和高血压病危险因素问卷调查；采用SAS8．0软件进行单因素和多因素分析。结果单因素分析显示年龄、文化水平、身高、体重指数（BMI）、婚姻状况、烟熏食品、油炸食品、辣椒等与高血压病有关；经Logistic逐步回归分析显示：年龄、身高体重指数、饮酒量、吸烟量、经常食用辣椒及烟熏食物为高血压病危险因素，而文化程度、正常婚姻、性格内向、经常食用新鲜水果及蔬菜为高血压病保护性因素。结论应注重加强此地区农村居民高血压病防制知识的宣传，从饮食及行为习惯等方面预防高血压病。

Analysis of Risk Factors about Hypertension among Rural Population in Xinxiang Area of Henan Province

Objective To investigate risk factors of hypertension among rural population of Xinxiang area of Henan province. Methods 922 residents aged over 18 in 4 countries were randomly cluster sampled and in- vestigated by questionnaire and medical examination; SAS8.0 packages including single factors and Logistic re- gression analysis were adapted. Results Analysis of single factors introduced age, education, Body Mass Index （BMI）, marriage, smoked food, deep fried food, pepper were related with hypertension; Age, BMI, amount of drinking, the number of cigarettes smoked, peppers were risk factors of hypertension by stepwise regression analysis, while education, marriage, introversion in temper, fresh vegetables and fruits were the protective factors. Conclusion The propaganda and education of the knowledge about prevention and controlling of hypertension should be strengthened in this rural area as well as prevention of diet and behavior risk factors,
