超声显像在颌骨囊性病变中的临床应用

目的：探讨超声显像在颌骨囊性病变中的特征及诊断价值，方法：29例颌骨囊性病变的患者，术前均经超检查，术后病理对照。结果：1．超声能显法颌骨骨皮质破坏的范围，最小病变检出范围为0．3cm；2．超声能显示含牙囊肿有光点密集的特点，可见囊内含牙声像；3．超声能显示囊内不均质的变化；4．超声不能显示颌骨囊壁 破坏及牙根吸收的特点。论：超声显像在颌骨囊性病变诊断中有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Application of Ultrasonography in Maxillary Cystic Disease

Objective:To investigate the characteristics and diagnostic values of ultrasonography in the maxillary cystic disease.Methods:The characteristics in preoperative ultrasonic examination in 29 patients with maxillary cystic disease were compared with postoperative pathological features.Results:1 Ultrasound demonstrated the destroyed bone cortex,the minimal lesion of which is 0 3cm;2 The traits of the dentigerous cyst with condensing light spots were also shown;3 Heterogeneous echoes in the cyst could be seen;4 Ultrasound was not capable of manifesting the trait of the cystic wall destructiveness and intracystic root absorption.Conclusions:Ultrasonography plays a great role in the clinical diagnosis of the maxillary cystic disease.
