手足外科患者术前心理疏导需求及强化疏导效果研究

目的研究手足外科患者术前心理疏导的需求程度及进行强化疏导的效果。方法选取2009年8月～2011年12月于本院手足外科治疗的74例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(给予常规干预)和观察组(给予强化疏导),每组各37例,将两组干预前及干预后的1、2周的POMS量表和90项症状测评自评量表评估结果进行比较。结果干预前两组患者均存在明显不良情绪及心理状况,但两组差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而干预后1周和2周观察组的POMS量表和90项症状测评自评量表评估结果明显优于对照组,观察组干预后2周的上述指标均优于干预后1周,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论手足外科患者术前存在明显的不良心理和情绪状态,而强化疏导对于改善这种状态发挥着积极的作用。

Study on the psychological counseling demand and effect of strengthening counseling for the patients in department of hand and foot surgery before the surgery

Objective To study the psychological counseling demand and effect of strengthening counseling for the patients in department of hand and foot surgery before the surgery. Methods 74 patients in department of hand and foot surgery from August 2009 to December 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group （with routine intervention） and observation group （with strengthening counseling） with 37 cases in each group, then the POMS score and Symptom Checklist 90 score of two groups before and after the intervention at first and second week were compared. Results The patients of two groups all showed obvious bad mood and mentality state, but two groups had no sig- nificant differences （all P 〉 0.05）, but POMS score and Symptom Checklist 90 score of observation group after the interven- tion at first and second week were all better than those of control group, these items of observation group after the interven- tion at second week were all better than those after the intervention at first week, there were all significant differences （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients in department of hand and foot surgery all show obvious bad mood and mentality state, and the strengthening counseling plays an active role in improving the poor state.
