摘    要:"基于问题"的教学方法,以学生为中心,积极开发学生自主学习的潜能,提升研究生的国际化水平和创新能力,是广大教师积极探索实践的教学改革方向。吉林大学药学院在研究生药动学课程教学改革中,实践基于问题的教学方法,包括问题教学、研讨教学、案例教学及点评教学等改革手段,结果学生积极参与教学环节,极大提高了学生的自主学习能力,扩充了药动学课程的学习内容,知识脉络清晰,学生应用知识分析问题和解决问题的能力及表达才能均得到了全面提升,在教学改革中,师生都受益匪浅,取得了满意的教和学的效果。因此,"基于问题"的研究生药动学课程教学改革,是提升研究生综合素质和创新能力的有益教学方法改革尝试,值得在适宜的学科深入探索实践。

Abstract:Problem-based teaching method is student-centered, which can actively develop independent learning potential of the students and enhance the international level and innovation capability of the postgraduate students. It is direction for the majority of teachers actively engaged in exploration and practice of teaching reform. School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jilin University, implements problem-based teaching methods in postgraduate course of pharmacokinetic, the practice in- cluding: problem-based teaching, discussion-based teaching, case-based teaching and comment-based teaching. As a re- sult, the students actively engage in the teaching process and greatly improve their self-learning ability. And by expanding the content of pharmacokinetic course with clear line of knowledge, the students' ability to apply knowledge to analyze and solve problems and their self-expression ability were fully enhanced. Thus both teachers and students benefit from the teaching reform and the achievements obtained are satisfactory. Problem-based teaching reform of postgraduate pharmacoki- netic course is a useful teaching method to enhance the overall quality and innovation capability of the postgraduate stu- dents, it is worthy of in-depth exploration and practice in the appropriate disciplines.
