肿瘤患者医院感染革兰阴性杆菌的分布及耐药性监测

摘    要:
目的探讨医院肿瘤科患者医院感染革兰阴性杆菌的分布和耐药性,为临床医师合理用药提供试验依据。方法细菌鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》、药敏试验采用K-B法进行。结果医院肿瘤患者医院感染203株革兰阴性杆菌主要有铜绿假单胞菌(22.7%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(20.2%)、大肠埃希菌(19.2%)、鲍氏不动杆菌(17.7%)等,其中,产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌检出率为40.0%,泛耐药菌株检出率为7.3%。结论肿瘤患者医院感染革兰阴性杆菌耐药性已十分严重,应采取综合性干预措施,降低医院感染率。
