| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年患者下呼吸道感染常见病原菌种类及其耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法利用全自动微生物鉴定系统VITEK 2 COMPACT对518株病原菌进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占72.2%,革兰阳性球菌占16.6%,真菌占11.2%;革兰阴性杆菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南较为敏感,革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、呋喃妥因、喹奴普汀/达福普汀、氯霉素较为敏感。结论老年患者下呼吸道感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,不同菌种对同一抗菌药物敏感差异较大,应根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物以减少耐药菌株的产生。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of bacteria isolated from aged patients with lower respiratory tract infection and analyze drug sensitivity,provide reference for rational use of agents in clinics.METHODS A total of 518 strains of bacteria were identified and the drug sensitivity tests were performed by using VITEK 2COMPACT system.RESULTS Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 72.2%.Gram-positive cocci accounted for 16.6% and fungi ccounted for 11.2%,respectively.Gram-negative bailli were sensitive to... |
