| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院ICU鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性和临床分布特征,为临床预防该菌所致感染提供依据。方法对医院ICU 2007年1月-2009年12月分离的96株鲍氏不动杆菌按规程行药敏试验及结果分析。结果鲍氏不动杆菌在ICU的分离率逐年增加,其中82.3%的标本来源于下呼吸道;该菌多药耐药现象较严重,耐药率最低的抗菌药物是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(2.1%),其次是美罗培南(14.6%)、亚胺培南(17.7%)。结论 ICU中鲍氏不动杆菌的多药耐药日趋严重,开展细菌耐药性监测,对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物、降低医院感染率和病死率有重要意义。
