老年患者假丝酵母菌性肺炎的菌群分布及耐药性调查

目的探讨老年患者假丝酵母菌性肺炎的菌群分布及耐药性,为临床治疗用药提供试验依据。方法病例筛选严格参照卫生部《医院感染诊断标准》,假丝酵母菌属分离与鉴定按《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;药物敏感试验采用K-B法。结果 189株假丝酵母菌中,白色假丝酵母菌居首位,占63.5%,热带假丝酵母菌居第2位,占16.4%;189株假丝酵母菌对5种常用抗真菌药物的耐药率均<16.7%,其中两性霉素B、制霉菌素显示了100.0%的抗菌活性。结论临床对疑为真菌性肺炎的患者必须及时进行真菌培养,以早期发现病原性真菌和选择有效的抗真菌药物进行治疗。

Flora distribution and drug resistance of candida causing pneumonia in senile patients
