绿篱施药法控制蚊蝇密度的应用研究

摘    要:
目的观察使用绿篱施药法在控制德州市城区蚊蝇密度的效果,为创建国家卫生城做好技术储备。方法分别设立试验区、对照区,估算对蚊蝇的防治效果,蚊类密度监测用诱蚊灯法,蝇类密度监测用格栅法(GB/T23796—2009)。结果用10%都灭微胶囊进行绿篱滞留喷洒后,监测72、120h蝇密度,分别降低26。28%和40.11%,效果可以持续5d,统计学处理表明,蝇类密度有明显下降(t=3.06,P〈0.05);用2%溴氰菊酯水乳剂采用热烟法和超低容量喷雾法进行绿篱施药灭蝇后,对家蝇30min的击倒率分别为75%和84.33%,24h死亡率分别为73.33%和85.67%,统计学处理表明,试验组与对照组之间有非常显著的差异(t=8.06,P〈0.01);用2%溴氰菊酯水乳剂进行绿篱施药杀灭成蚊后,其成蚊密度下降92.98%,统计学处理表明,施药后与施药前蚊虫密度有非常显著的差异(X^2=1210.68,P〈0.001)。结论绿篱施药法有效地控制了德州市城区蚊蝇密度,在创建国家卫生城方面发挥了重要作用,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:
Objective To make the technical reserve for the establishment of the national health city, the use of hedges spraying method to control Dezhou City mosquitoes density effect was observed. Methods Test area and control area were set up to estimate the control effection of mosquitoes and flies. Mosquito trapping lamp method was used to monitor mosquito density. The grid method ( GB/T23796 - 2009 ) was used to monitor the density of flies. Results Flies density of 72 h and 120 h were decreased by 26.28% and 40.11% after the 10% du-mie microcap- sules hedge retention spraying, the effect can last 5 days;Flies 30 rain knockdown rates were 75% and 84.33 % after 2% aqueous emulsion hedgerow spraying, the mortality rate of 24 h were 73.33 % and 85.67%. The mosquito density decreased by 92.98% after 2% aqueous emulsion hedgerow spraying. Conclusion The hedgerow spraying method controls the mosquito and flies density of Dezhou city effectively. It plays an important role in the creation of the national health city, has the widespread application prospect.
