摘    要:
蚊虫是我国重要的媒介昆虫,可以传播疟疾、登革热、黄热病等多种疾病。蚊虫的许多行为要依赖嗅觉系统,包括寄主搜寻、产卵以及糖源搜寻等。气味结合蛋白是帮助气味小分子到达受体的载体,也是近年来研究蚊虫嗅觉系统的热点之一。现将蚊虫气味结合蛋白的结构、功能、分子机制以及遗传进化等作一综述。

Abstract:
Mosquitoes are one of the most important vectors in China. They are known to have transmitted diseases such as malaria, yellow fever, West Nile Virus. Olfaction system plays crucial role in mosquito host seeking, oviposition and searching for sugar sources. Odorant-binding proteins (OBPs) are involved in the first step of odorant reception where they bind, solubilize and deliver odorant melecules to olfactory receptors. This paper summarizes the lately re- search progress of OBPs, including the characteristics of structure, physiological function, molecular mechanism and evolution.
